Here’s a recently remodeled kitchen designed by Steve Kunzweiler of Cabinets Plus. The homeowners were happy with the space but wanted a brighter room, maintenance free counters, updated lighting and more storage space. The oak cabinets were replaced with a painted maple product from Mouser. You can see that the soffits have been removed and the new wall cabinets are 6” taller providing a bit more storage in the kitchen. The cabinet color is called China with a chocolate glaze that blends perfectly with the existing oak floors. The old counters were a combination of solid surface and granite. The new tops are 2 different colors of Cambria quartz. Undercabinet lighting is LED and along with existing can lighting provide the perfect combination for preparation or entertaining.
